After Sales Service


Our after sales service Anselmo 1910 has at your disposal specialized workshops for the repair of any product, as well as the respective technical assistance workshops for the brands we sell.




Warranty


- All products sold in Anselmo 1910 stores and on our website are covered by a 2 years warranty, guaranteed by the respective brands.


- For the guarantee to be valid, the product can only be opened at the official Technical Assistance of the brand, otherwise it will automatically lose it.



- It will not be repaired or replaced under the warranty, as they are excluded from:
»Products that show signs of misuse, improper handling or different use according to the instructions.


These cases include, in particular, products that show signs of falling, blows or “knocking” and accidents; that show signs of having the respective mechanism forced; having been exposed to humidity (against the specifications of the respective product); that have been subject to unauthorized modifications and / or repairs; Bracelets, glasses, batteries and other quick wear accessories that accompany the products.




Damaged or defective product within 2 years of warranty


- If your product requires technical intervention, within the 2-year Warranty, your product will be sent to the Brand for assistance, and if the conditions of the warranty are met, your product will be automatically repaired under the Brand.

- Products within the 2-year Warranty must be accompanied by the Warranty document and respective purchase invoice. And you must choose one of the following steps:

- If your product is in the Warranty but the Manufacturer after analyzing the product, establish that the Warranty conditions do not apply, as it shows signs of misuse, improper handling or different use according to the instructions.

»In these cases your product will be checked and a budget will automatically be sent by SMS or email, of the necessary repair.

Your product will only be repaired after the approval and signaling of 50% of the respective budget.
- The entire process will be accompanied by our technical assistance service and whenever necessary we will inform you of the status of your repair.

Damaged product without warranty


- If your product is out of the 2-year warranty and needs repair, you can leave it in one of our Anselmo 1910 stores so that it can be analyzed by our technicians, and advised on your question.


- If you wish, your product will be sent to their own technical assistance.


- After analyzing the Technical Assistance, will sent a budget by SMS or email, of the necessary repair.


Your product will only be repaired after the approval and signaling of 50% of the respective budget.
- The deadlines for repair can take between 30 to 60 days, depending on the necessary intervention.


- The entire process will be accompanied by our technical assistance service and whenever necessary we will inform you of the status of your repair.
