Customer / User Registration


To buy on our website, it is necessary to register (login) by filling in the respective form provided in the upper right corner of the website.

Registering as a User of our website as well as registering product orders, it presupposes full knowledge of the general conditions and its express acceptance by the User of all its terms and conditions.

The User is solely responsible for the veracity and filling in completely the user registration form, as well as the orders that he may place, and is responsible for communicating, and updating any changes regarding the user registration, among other contact and address.

The User will also be responsible for securely storing his password and customer code. The loss of this access information must be immediately reported to Anselmo 1910.

Anselmo 1910 reserves the right to delete all User accounts and records that contain false or incomplete data, or that correspond to non-existent identities.




How to place an order?


To buy on our website is quite simple and safe.

- Browse the home page, search through the menu, product filters, brands or the search field.

- Choose the product you want to buy, and click on the “Add to Cart” button.

- If you choose a product with several sizes, you should consult the size guide available in the product information and select the one you want to buy.

- Some of our products have very limited editions.

Although they are available at the moment you put them in the cart, they may sell out before finalizing your order.

- After placing the product in the cart, you can continue to buy or finalize the order.

- Check your order, products and the quantity you want to buy and delivery address.

- If you intend to make the withdrawal in one of our Anselmo stores, you must choose this option before finalizing and ordering.

- You must add which Store you prefer to make the withdrawal, in the "Note" field.

- Even before finalizing, if you have a promotional voucher, you must insert it in the respective field.

- After confirming all the data related to your order, click on the "Checkout" button.




How can I change or cancel my order?


- During the process of choosing the products to buy, if you want to change the quantity chosen in any product, you must click on the “+” or “-“ button.

- If you want to delete the products from the cart, you must click “-”




Can I pick up my order at an Anselmo 1910 physical store?


- Buy online safely and conveniently, picking up your products at any Anselmo 1910 store with no additional cost.

- To pick up your order at the store, you must, at the checkout stage, in the "Order Summary" field select the option "Physical pickup at store" and add a note to your order, with the information of which store you want to collect.

- You should check the location of the nearest store in our contacts, and their opening hours.




Conclude order


- Confirm all your order information, products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, payment method, discounts, and existing shipping costs.

- If you need to add any additional information, you can insert it in the “Add note” field.

- Then click on the “Finish/Finalizar” button.

- Select the payment method.

- If you choose to pay by VISA / MasterCard, you will be redirected to our digital platform to complete the payment safely.

- Read the General Conditions of Sale and confirm that you accept these same conditions.

- Click on the “Conclude order/Finalizar encomenda” button.

- The validation of the order implies acceptance by the User of the present general conditions, the price, characteristics of the product to be purchased, delivery times and their transaction conditions.

- All products on our website have the sale value already with VAT at the legal rate in force. The price shown on the product is the final amount to be paid.




Prices, characteristics and product availability


- The indicated price of the products is the selling price to the public (including VAT at the legal rate in force), unless insertion error or otherwise indicated.

- The User, when placing his order, must check and confirm the characteristics and description of the products according to the image provided.

- The features indicated for the products on our website are provided by their importers or distributors, who are responsible for them.

- The price of any purchase made through the website is valid for the day on which the order is placed and the respective payment is made.

Anselmo 1910 reserves the right to change sales prices to the public at any time and without prior notice.

- Anselmo 1910, will do everything possible to check and control the prices of the products, but there may occur information error in the prices indicated.

If this happens, at the time of order processing, Anselmo 1910 will inform the User of this fact.

In this situation the User:

»The difference will be refunded if the advertised price is higher than the actual sales price or you can choose to cancel the order

»Or informed of the effective price and maintaining interest in it, pay the difference, if the effective price is higher than the advertised price

- Stock availability information, as well as delivery times, are indicative only.

- In case of unavailability of stock or delays in processing or shipping the products ordered by the User, and it is impossible to meet the stated delivery deadline, Anselmo 1910 will inform the User.

»The User can choose to keep the order and accept the new delivery term indicated, or cancel it, being refunded the amount he has already paid.

- If the ordered product is discontinued, Anselmo 1910 will inform the customer and proceed with the cancellation of that order, returning to the User the amount paid for the discontinued product.

Envio da encomenda


- O Utilizador depois de efetuar a sua encomenda e concluir o respetivo pagamento, irá receber um email com a confirmação da sua encomenda, dos produtos encomendados, morada de entrega, pagamento efetuado e valor da encomenda.

- O Utilizador irá receber por email, a confirmação da expedição da sua encomenda, previsao de entrega e numero de rastreio da Transportadora.

- Todos os envios nacionais serão realizados por transportadora DPD, e terá um número de registo associado que pode ser seguido pelo do site https://dpd.pt/ - Todos os envios internacionais serão realizados por transportadora Fedex e terá um número de registo associado que pode ser seguido pelo do site https://www.fedex.com/pt-pt/home.html - Todas as encomendas efetuadas no nosso site estão sujeitas à aplicação de portes de envio. Para saber mais por favor consulte o FAQ " Encomendas e Pagamentos".

- Caso tenha efetuado o pagamento com cartão de crédito ou transferência bancária, a sua encomenda será confirmada e enviada, após a verificação do pagamento pela entidade Bancária.

- Após a confirmação do pagamento, e estando o seu produto disponível para expedir, a expedição da encomenda é de 1 a 2 dias úteis.

- E após a expedição da encomenda, o prazo médio de entrega para envios nacionais é de 2 a 3 dias, para Madeira e Açores é de 5 a 6 dias e para envios Internacionais é de 2 a 3 dias.
